The following is
a simplified synopsis of SRT for a more
in depth view see,

I work either intuitively,
i.e. the client is awake and I ‘talk’
to the spirit mind to mind or by putting
the client into an altered state through
hypnosis, which way depends on the client
when I meet them. Hypnosis does not
stop the client hearing what is happening
or being part of the proceedings they
can hear everything and stop the session
at any time. Being in an altered state
merely allows the client to relax more
for the session.
SRT may be known by differing names:
· Soul Rescue - "New Age"
· Psychic Rescue - Spiritualist
Church tradition
· Exorcism - The term used for
casting out demonic spirits, which in
actual fact may be souls in need of
healing.
Spirit Release Therapy (SRT) is a therapy
that understands that we are not just
a body, but we are a soul living within
a physical body. Therefore, SRT accepts
that when we die our soul or spirit,
if you like, moves on to another plane
of vibration and existence, and effectively
goes to heaven.
Attached spirits are lost souls who
have not moved on into the light at
the time of death, for some reason they
become stuck on this material plane.
Those reasons can range from sudden
death through drugs, alcohol, violence,
a relative who doesn’t want to
leave a family member for whatever reason,
or someone who didn’t believe
in survival of the soul and can’t
move on.
It has been my experience thus far that
attached souls are in need of help and
while they may protest about being ‘released’
or ‘helped’ into the light
on most occasions they want to be helped.
They may make a song and dance about
it and be rude and sometimes verbally
abusive but they can be persuaded to
leave eventually. There is a point at
which these trapped souls can be reached
through careful questioning and an understanding
of the reason(s) or cause for being
trapped there in the first place. It
is not straight forward I am not saying
that it is but if the spirit can be
made to understand that they are hurting
their ‘host’ and that there
are benefits to moving on into the light
they will go. I do however find that
it is best to be firm when the time
comes to move them on.
The reason that they mostly give for
not wishing to move on is usually fear
of what they will find when they do,
they fear punishment for their actions.
It is important therefore to bring someone
forward to meet them who they trust
and whom they will be happy to go with,
someone they have loved and who has
loved them in life. Sometimes this is
not possible for various reasons and
so we must take the time to find an
alternative guardian to help them through
the portal.
