Psychic Art

I came across Psychic Art by accident many years ago. I have been mediumistic all of my life but didn't know the many different strands of 'abilities' attached with this gift, clairvoyance, clairsentience,  clairaudience , trance, transfiguration are just some of these abilities. I was giving a telephone reading for a lady and I had a pen and pad in my hand and I started to doodle, however, when I finished the reading I said to her that I had been drawing while speaking with her, she asked me what Ihad drawn and I described a man digging up a vegetable patch and that he was wearing a flat cap and glasses.  I was intrigued when she said that sounded like her grandpa, on further investigation I discovered that some mediums can be influenced to draw and that this was a gift by the name of 'psychic art'.

I have 'dabbled' with it over the years and this is how it works for me: When I am working I will be made aware of a spirit presence whom I can 'see' subjectively, this means in my minds eye, or  objectively meaning you see the image outside the brain and beside the person or persons you are reading.  If this spirit person is to be drawn and I don't have my materials with me i.e. pastels or pencils they will remain with me until I have drawn the portrait, this does not mean they are with me twenty four seven, but they just pop up now and again to remind me.  This can be over a period of days, weeks or even months as in one instance.  It may be a guide or a loved one I don't choose I just draw, I don't have any inkling of the finished product or likeness until it is finished as I do not see clearly what is going onto the paper while drawing even with my glasses on.

I am only one of many psychic artists and we all work and produce our work in different ways, it is not a requirement to be a trained artist although I have been drawing and painting in an amateur way for some time prior to finding this gift. It is a gift that develops some times from childlike pencil or charcoal drawings to full colour. I hope this helps a little in understanding what Psychic Art is to see some examples of my work follow the link below.
